A.H. Riise Non Plus Ultra Very Rare è un capolavoro di eccellente maestria artigiana, il risultato della sapiente abilità del nostro esperto mastro miscelatore. Lo spirito è maturato in botti designer superiori sotto ogni aspetto: l’utilizzo di questi antichi barili esige il sapere di una vita nell’arte della miscelazione. Ogni fase del processo è stata sottoposta a un minuzioso controllo e nulla viene lasciato al caso: non la suggestiva caraffa finemente sfaccettata, non lo sguardo di intenso bagliore e certamente non l’appagante esperienza di gusto al primo sorso. Un rum di eccezionale levatura: una volta assaggiato, non vorrete provare nient’altro. 
Non plus ultra, locuzione latina che significa “non più oltre”, era il motto personale di Carlo V, imperatore del Sacro Romano Impero e re di Spagna. Secondo la leggenda, l’iscrizione fu scolpita da Ercole sui monti Calpe e Abila, le cosiddette Colonne d’Ercole, quale monito a non valicare il limite tra il mondo conosciuto e sconosciuto sullo Stretto di Gibilterra. Allo stesso modo, A.H. Riise Non Plus Ultra Very Rare si colloca al confine tra noto e ignoto: solo le migliori gocce provenienti da barili di rum invecchiato vengono utilizzate per creare il blend finale.
