Vista: Colore giallo paglierino di media intensità con riflessi verdognoli non dominanti ma bene integrati. Perlage fine, abbondante e persistente.

Olfatto: Mediamente intenso, con note agrumate e di frutta bianca.

Gusto: Dolcezza non invadente e quasi impercettibile, in armonia perfetta con l’acidità.

DESCRIZIONE PRODOTTO

I Vini “Duca di Dolle”, sono prodotti con uve selezionate in un’area particolarmente votata alla produzione del Prosecco, in una tenuta antichissima che ospita anche un ex-eremo “cistercense” (Punto Fai dal 2004) a Rolle di Cison di Valmarino.

  • Vitigni: 95% Glera, 4% Verdiso, 1% Perera
  • Età delle vigne: Dai 25 ai 30 anni
  • Esposizione dei vigneti: Sud
  • Forma di allevamento: Doppio capovolto
  • Epoca di raccolta: fine settembre
  • Modalità di raccolta: Manuale con immediato trasporto delle uve in cantina su mezzi refrigerati a temperatura controllata (8-10 °C)
  • Gradazione alcolica: 11,5 %
  • Residuo zuccherino: 16 grammi per litro
  • Acidità Totale: 5,5 grammi per litro

Servizio: Servire in un tulipano ampio di cristallo a bocca richiudente alla temperatura di 7 °C.
