LAVORAZIONE E DISTILLAZIONE:

Le bucce di Moscato Giallo arrivano freschissime in distilleria, dove inizia subito la fermentazione in speciali serbatoi d’acciaio. Una volta terminata questa fase, se l’annata lo permette, si lascia passare qualche giorno prima di distillare. La conduzione dell’alambicco è particolarmente precisa e accorta, per poter estrarre tutto il carattere di questo vitigno. Dopo la distillazione, la grappa viene conservata ad alto grado in acciaio per un anno prima di essere imbottigliata.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE:

La grappa di Moscato Giallo Pilzer ha profumo intenso, molto fine e complesso. Ricorda bene l’aroma primario dell'uva, pur lasciando spazio a qualche nota speziata. Il gusto è armonico e intenso, il retrogusto chiaramente di moscato e di lunga persistenza.
