SAUVIGNON SANCT VALENTIN

Es war 1989, als der berühmteste Weißwein unserer Kellerei geboren wurde. Der Sauvignon Sanct Valentin profitiert seit mehr als 30 Jahren von einzelnen, ausgewählten Parzellen in den Hängen am Fuße des Mendelgebirges, um einen Wein mit höchstem Profil zu erzeugen. Mit seiner verführerischen Frucht, seiner hervorragenden Mineralität und seinem langen Abgang ist er der wichtigste Wein der Linie Sanct Valentin und einer der meist ausgezeichneten Weißweine Italiens.

Sauvignon Blanc Stella FliederHof

Der französische Stil prägt diesen Weißwein, der sich durch seine Mineralität, Schärfe und Präzision auszeichnet.

Die Trauben stammen aus einem steilen Weinberg in der Gemeinde Kaltern, der sich seit der Ernte 2020 im Besitz unserer Familie befindet. 

Die Böden in diesem Weinbaugebiet, das ein Gefälle von bis zu 35 % aufweist, wurden während der letzten Eiszeit von Gletschern geformt. 

Er enthält einen besonders hohen Anteil an Kalkstein, der dem Wein seinen besonderen Charakter verleiht. Die Rebstöcke sind 30 Jahre alt

und ihre Wurzeln gehen tief in den sehr durchlässigen Boden.

Die Trauben werden Mitte September geerntet. Vor dem Pressen werden sie für eine kurze Zeit in Kontakt mit

mit den Schalen zum Zweck der Extraktion der aromatischen Bestandteile. 

Die Klärung des Mostes erfolgt über Nacht durch natürliche Sedimentation, danach gärt der Most spontan in Holzfässern.

Eine lange Reifezeit auf der Hefe ermöglicht es dem Wein, zu reifen und seine Harmonie zu finden.

Der Name "Stella" spiegelt den Charakter dieses Weins wider: entschlossen, aufrichtig, präzise und leuchtend sind Attribute, die ihm sehr gut stehen.

Sauvignon Karolina Nicolussi-Leck

Die Reben des Sauvignon 1917Karolina wachsen auf 350-400 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel, direkt am Fuße der Ruinen von 

Castelchiaro, auf Böden aus Kies, Ton und porphyrischem Gestein, die den Trauben einen einzigartigen und unverwechselbaren Charakter verleihen.

Nach der Handlese folgt eine kurze Mazeration und ein sanftes Einmaischen der ganzen Trauben.

Am Gaumen ist er mineralisch, anhaltend mit frischer, lebendiger Säure und einem raffinierten Nachgeschmack.
