VERARBEITUNG UND DESTILLATION:

Die einzelnen Rebsorten werden im Herbst getrennt destilliert, erst danach wird eine einzige Cuvée hergestellt, die dann mindestens 36 Monate in ausgewählten französischen Eichenfässern reift. Nach der langen Reifezeit kann der Grappa Invecchiata in Flaschen abgefüllt werden.

ORGANOLEPTISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN:

Der Grappa Invecchiata 3 anni vereint die Eigenschaften der einzelnen Rebsorten und kombiniert leicht fruchtige Noten mit Vanille- und Kakaonoten, die vom Barrique stammen. Am Gaumen ist er sehr anhaltend und rund, mit Anklängen an die Ursprungsreben, die von Holznoten flankiert werden.
