Il vino

Degustazione: 
Sempre molto classico al colore, gli aromi sprigionano un frutto fresco e croccante con la ciliegia selvatica supportate da sfumature speziate e lievemente alcoliche. Il gusto è determinato elegante e sapido con vivaci note minerali che ben bilanciano le morbidezze.
A tavola: 
Nella nostra “Villa di Nozzole” ci piace abbinarlo ai Pici con ragù di piccione.
