Vino esclusivo della Azienda Vitivinicola Pisoni, prende nome dalla particella agricola posta sulla collina di San Siro, adiacente alle cantine, vicina alla piccola chiesa romanica che reca tale nome. Nato all’inizio del secolo scorso, questo vino è frutto della esperienza dei componenti la famiglia Pisoni, tutti diplomati all’Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige, esperti non solo nella cura dei vigneti ma, ugualmente, nella ricerca di nuovi vitigni, uvaggi e così via.
Compongono questo vino raffinato le uve di Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon, coltivate ad una altitudine di 250 metri.
