For nearly 300 years, the art of making Applejack has been handed down by the Laird family from generation to generation. Applejack is widely recognized as the oldest distilled spirit in the United States and Laird & Company as the oldest family-owned distillery.

A lighter reformulation of the traditional 100 percent proof, it is an Applejack that nonetheless does not stray far from its deeply American nature, retaining the classic ripe apple scents and soft, vanilla notes of white oak. Very interesting blended, very enjoyable neat and, why not, amazing in marinades.
