Torresaline from the Poggio Maestrino estate is a Vermentino whose vineyards are located in the first hinterland of the "Costa d'Argento" opposite the Argentario promontory and the soils are of medium texture of volcanic origin. Vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging involves resting in steel and 3 months in bottle. Bright straw yellow in color, it introduces hints of pear and white flowers, in the mouth it is fine and elegant with floral and fruity aromas typical of the grape variety. The taste is characterized by a balanced freshness and vivacity. Ideal with appetizers and fish dishes.
