Der Nino Gandolfo Baronìa Soprana ist eine exklusive, limitierte Auflage, die in nur 3000 Flaschen für das Jahr 2018 produziert wird und das Ergebnis einer einzigartigen Mischung aus zwei Rebsorten ist: Zibibibbo und Grillo. Diese Auswahl repräsentiert das Beste der auf dem Markt erhältlichen Trauben und macht diesen Wein zu einer seltenen und wertvollen Option. Dieser Wein wird ausschließlich aus Trauben hergestellt, die von Weinbergen in den Hügeln um Salemi im Mazara-Tal stammen. Die Bodenbeschaffenheit ist kalkhaltig-sandig und verleiht den Weinen Mineralität, einen guten Säuregehalt und Frische. Die Weinbereitung erfolgt durch sanftes Pressen und Gärung in Edelstahlbehältern. Die Verfeinerung erfolgt durch die Lagerung der Masse in Zementbehältern und die wiederholte, stufenweise Umwälzung mit der edlen Hefe. Die Farbe des Baronia Soprana ist strohgelb mit leicht grünlichen Reflexen. Er duftet nach Rosen, Ananas, Zitrusfrüchten und exotischen Früchten. Am Gaumen entfalten sich neben einer eleganten Frische Noten von Zitrusfrüchten und tropischen Früchten. Der Baronia Soprana passt hervorragend zu Vorspeisen mit rohem Fisch und Krustentieren sowie zu Fischgerichten im Allgemeinen, auch zu aufwendigen Gerichten.
