Zwei Dreh- und Angelpunkte: Mexiko mit seiner besten handwerklichen Tequila-Produktion und der Mittelmeerraum mit seinen Weinbautechniken. Faktoren, die zusammen einen Tequila hervorbringen, der stolz auf seine mexikanischen Wurzeln ist, aber seinen Blick geradeaus und offen auf das Mittelmeer richtet, seine Muse der Inspiration.

Die im Tequila-Tal an den Hängen des gleichnamigen Vulkans hergestellte Produktpalette besteht aus verschiedenen, jeweils für sich einzigartigen Sorten: Añejo Cristalino, Extra Añejo, Añejo Reserva und Reposado Rosa. Der erste Schritt, den alle vier Ausdrücke gemeinsam haben, ist die Herstellung eines einzigartigen Tequila Blanco. Die Agaven aus dem Hoch- und Tiefland von Jalisco werden in traditionellen Öfen an den Hängen des Tequila-Vulkans geröstet, und anschließend wird der Saft in kupfernen Brennblasen doppelt destilliert.
