Zwei Dreh- und Angelpunkte: Mexiko mit seiner besten handwerklichen Tequila-Produktion und der Mittelmeerraum mit seinen Weinbautechniken. Faktoren, die zusammen einen Tequila hervorbringen, der stolz auf seine mexikanischen Wurzeln ist, aber seinen Blick geradeaus und offen auf das Mittelmeer richtet, seine Muse der Inspiration.

Die im Tequila-Tal an den Hängen des gleichnamigen Vulkans hergestellte Produktpalette besteht aus verschiedenen, jeweils für sich einzigartigen Sorten: Añejo Cristalino, Extra Añejo, Añejo Reserva und Reposado Rosa. Der erste Schritt, den alle vier Ausdrücke gemeinsam haben, ist die Herstellung eines einzigartigen Tequila Blanco. Die Agaven aus dem Hoch- und Tiefland von Jalisco werden in traditionellen Öfen an den Hängen des Tequila-Vulkans geröstet, und anschließend wird der Saft in kupfernen Brennblasen doppelt destilliert. Voilà, fertig, um den anderen Ausdrücken des Sortiments Leben einzuhauchen, die ihre Einzigartigkeit mehreren Faktoren verdanken: der Reifung in Fässern, die zuvor für die Lagerung von Wein verwendet wurden, der Anwendung einer speziellen Technik zur Belüftung des Destillats in griechischen Weinamphoren, die die mediterrane Inspiration der Marke sanktionieren, und dem Design der Flaschen selbst, die aus undurchsichtiger Keramik bestehen und handgefertigt sind, um die Aromen und den Geschmack im Inneren zu bewahren.

100% Blauer Weber aus dem Tequila-Tal im Bundesstaat Jalisco; gekocht in traditionellen Steinöfen, spontane Gärung und doppelte Destillation. Danach folgt eine mindestens 3-jährige Reifung in Ex-Weißweinfässern aus französischer Eiche und Ex-Whiskeyfässern aus amerikanischer Eiche. Abschließende Belüftung in griechischen Weinamphoren, um den Schluck weicher zu machen; insgesamt ist dies ein ernstes, elegantes Getränk mit Noten von kandiertem Ingwer und gerösteten Pekannüssen.
