VERARBEITUNG UND DESTILLATION:

Der Rosa Moscato ist eine wenig kultivierte und sehr anspruchsvolle Rebsorte mit geringer und unbeständiger Produktion, die sehr aromatische Trauben hervorbringen kann. Sobald die kostbaren Schalen gefunden sind, werden sie für einige Tage gelagert, bevor sie verarbeitet werden. Die Destillation dieser Rebsorte wird zu einem Ritual und die Aufmerksamkeit, die dem Betrieb der Brennblase gewidmet wird, geht bis zum Äußersten, um die speziellen aromatischen Noten zu extrahieren. Nach der Destillation wird der Grappa mehrere Monate lang bei hoher Temperatur in Stahl gelagert, bevor er in Flaschen abgefüllt wird.

ORGANOLEPTISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN:

Der Grappa Historiae Moscato Rosa präsentiert sich mit einem zarten und leichten Rosenblütenduft, der nach einigen Minuten mit angenehmen Nuancen reicher wird. Der Geschmack ist angenehm warm und lang anhaltend. Es ist ein Grappa zum Meditieren, er braucht ein paar Momente im Glas, um sein Bestes zu geben.
